Plainly, what we hold.
Exitly is a pre-launch service. The only personal information we collect today is an email address, voluntarily submitted to be notified at launch. This page tells you exactly what happens to that address and how to remove it.
What we collect
One email address, only when you submit it through the launch-notification form on exit.ly. We do not collect names, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or any tracking data on this site.
Why we collect it
To send you exactly one message: a single notification on the day Exitly begins accepting engagement letters. No newsletter, no follow-up campaigns, no marketing list.
Where it is stored
Submitted addresses are forwarded to Resend (resend.com), a US-based email service provider, and held in a single audience named “Exitly.” Resend processes the data on our behalf under their published data-processing terms. We do not share the audience with any other party, and we do not sell the data under any circumstances.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the day the launch notification has been successfully sent, whichever comes first. After the launch notification goes out, the audience is archived; you can ask for full deletion at any point before or after.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. We use no analytics, no advertising pixels, no
cross-site trackers. The only browser-side state is a small sessionStorage
entry on your own device that prevents duplicate submissions during the same browser
session; it never leaves your browser.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you may at any time ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold your address.
- Delete your address from our audience.
- Export your address in machine-readable form (it is just the one line of text).
Residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the State of California have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA respectively, including the right to object to processing and to lodge complaints with the relevant supervisory authority. We honor those rights worldwide.
How to exercise your rights
Email contact@exit.ly with the subject line “Privacy request” from the address you signed up with. We will action it within 10 business days and confirm in writing.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material we will update the effective date above and, where the change affects you, send a one-line notice to the address on file before it takes effect.
